About Full Day Program

We have been granted permission by the Columbia Public Schools to offer Full Day Programming on September 26th at Rock Bridge and Paxton Keeley Elementary and November 4th at Russell and Derby Ridge Elementary. These are Columbia Public Schools Collaboration/Work Days. Enrollment is only open to Adventure Club families. Priority will be given to families that enroll for BOTH days. Your child must have an up-to-date account and exhibit good citizenship at Adventure Club to be considered for this full day program.

INFORMATION

  • A morning and afternoon snack will be provided.
  • A pizza lunch and juice/milk will be provided.
  • The staff/child ratio will be one adult to every twelve children.
  • A full day of fun activities will be planned and offered to your child by the Site Facilitators.
  • We will go on a field trip on both of these days.(Information will be provided at a later date)
  • The cost is $30.00 per child per day; these days have not been calculated into monthly tuition.
  • FSD Child Care Subsidies are accepted for these days.
  • You must pay for an entire day. Partial enrollment is not available.
  • No refunds on cancellations. Payment is non-transferable. No exceptions.
  • Be prepared to show identification when picking up your child – there may not be a staff from your regular site present when you arrive.
  • Hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. (Note this is different than regular pick up times)
  • Site location is subject to change.
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Applications will be accepted starting at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2008 at the Adventure Club main office at 2620 Forum Blvd Suite E.
  • Forms will NOT be accepted at the schools.
  • Complete the attached application form (incomplete forms will be returned and your spot WILL NOT be held).
  • Space is limited and on a first come, first serve basis. 
  • Priority will be given to those families applying for both days.
  • Payment in full must be made at the time of applying.
  • Applications will be accepted as long as openings are available.  
  • If your application is received and accepted, you will receive a follow up letter with more information and instructions.  If we cannot accept your application due to account problems, citizenship concerns, or enrollment caps, your check will be returned to you by mail.
